SOL-EL TECHNOLOGIES // PRIVACY POLICY

The Morrigan: Crows And Crowns

Effective: August 14, 2026  ·  Last updated: August 14, 2026

Plain-language summary. The Morrigan is designed as a local-first oracle application. The audited Android build does not require an account, does not contain an analytics or advertising-tracking SDK, and does not send your oracle questions, readings, notes, campaign history, or settings to a Sol-EL Technologies server. Those records are stored on your device unless you choose to export them or your Android device performs operating-system backup or device transfer.

1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy applies to The Morrigan: Crows And Crowns, a Sol-EL Technologies application. The application may also display the names Crow & Crown or The Morrígan: Crow & Crown inside the app. Sol-EL Technologies is the developer responsible for the app.

2. Information the app handles

The app can handle information you enter or create while using its features. Depending on which features you use and what you choose to save, this can include:

The app does not require you to create a Sol-EL account. The audited build does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, phone, SMS, broad device storage, or Android Advertising ID.

3. How that information is used

The information above is used on your device to provide the app's oracle, Annals, Campaign, pattern/history, personalization, settings, backup, and related features. Saved information can be used by later app screens to show your prior readings and the context you deliberately recorded.

4. Local storage

The audited app stores its records locally using browser-style storage inside the Android application, primarily IndexedDB with a localStorage fallback. Sol-EL Technologies does not operate a cloud account or application backend for these oracle records in the audited build.

ACCOUNTNo Sol-EL account required
ANALYTICSNo analytics SDK detected
AD TRACKINGNo advertising SDK or AD_ID permission detected
CORE STORAGEOn-device IndexedDB / localStorage

5. Android backup and device transfer

The Android package audited on August 14, 2026 permits Android backup. Depending on your Android version, device manufacturer, Google Account settings, and backup configuration, Android may include eligible application data in an operating-system backup or device-to-device transfer. That process is provided by the Android platform rather than a Sol-EL Technologies application server.

If a later production build disables or narrows Android backup, this policy will be updated to match that release.

6. Exporting and importing your records

The app lets you deliberately export Annals or a Crow & Crown backup as a JSON file and later import a compatible backup. These actions are initiated by you. The audited app creates the export locally and does not upload that file to Sol-EL Technologies.

Exported files can contain private material. A backup may include questions, readings, notes, history, standards, witness notes, return contexts, and settings. Exported JSON files are not encrypted by the app. Protect, share, and delete exported copies accordingly.

7. External sponsor link

The app contains a clearly identified Summer Flower promotional area linking to shopsummerflower.com. Opening that link is optional and user-initiated. The audited app does not append your oracle questions, readings, notes, history, or other Crow & Crown records to the sponsor URL.

After you leave the app, the destination website operates under its own terms and privacy practices. Like ordinary website navigation, the destination site may receive standard web-request information from your browser or device.

8. Permissions

The audited Android package requests Internet access so web content or user-selected external links can function. It also contains an app-scoped Android receiver permission used internally by the application framework. No camera, microphone, location, contacts, SMS, phone, broad storage, or advertising-ID permission was detected in the audited package.

9. Sharing and sale of data

Sol-EL Technologies does not sell your locally stored Crow & Crown records. In the audited app, no application code was found that transmits the locally stored oracle records to a Sol-EL Technologies server, analytics provider, or advertising network.

Information you deliberately export, copy, or send outside the app is controlled by the destination and method you choose.

10. Retention and deletion

Saved app records remain in the application's local storage until they are deleted, the app's storage is cleared, or the app is uninstalled, subject to any Android backup or restore behavior described above. The app includes a Clear Local Data control and also provides record-level deletion or redaction tools for supported records.

Files that you previously exported are separate copies. Clearing the app's local data does not delete files you exported elsewhere; those copies must be deleted from their storage location separately.

11. Security

Sol-EL Technologies designed the audited app so its core oracle records remain local rather than being transmitted to an application backend. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and any exported backup files. No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

12. Children

The app does not create user accounts and the audited build does not intentionally transmit oracle records to Sol-EL Technologies. If the app is distributed to an audience that includes children, the Play Store target-audience, content-rating, advertising, and Families declarations must be configured consistently with the final release.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app's features, permissions, SDKs, storage, network behavior, or legal requirements change. The effective and last-updated dates at the top of this page will identify the current version.
